The residency of the University of Vilanova is one of the facilities provided by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in the Campus of Vilanova i la Geltrú. It was inaugurated in the month of September 2000 and is managed by the Co-operative company GRUP QUALITAT via an administrative concession.

The residency has 45 exterior single and double apartments. Two of the single rooms are specifically adapted for handicapped users.

All of the apartments are equipped with the necessary furniture, heating and air-conditioning, telephone connection, TV, radio connection, connection to the UPC computer network facility, kitchen with utensils, ceramic hob, wardrobes, extractor fan, fridge, bathroom with WC, wash-hand basin and shower unit.
